Working Together

Fractional Leadership

As a fractional team member, I work with organizations who are experiencing change--growth, mergers, new leadership, new brands, revitalized missions--and help them chart and follow a new course toward clarity and effectiveness. Fractional engagements are more flexible and allow adaptation to a quickly changing situation.

Strategy

On a project basis, I work directly with senior leaders and internal teams on developing and amplifying vision, strategy, processes, leadership, and the marketing and communications function. Projects, duties, and deliverables are more specifically defined and scope is narrowed.

Organizational Guidance

I leverage my years of experience in leadership roles in marketing, branding, and operations along with the perspective gained from working with hundreds of organizations over a 30+ year career. These engagements can look like facilitated sessions, workshops, coaching calls, connections with similar organizations, etc.
